Connections Resident

Restoration Community Church is looking for a Connections Resident who will partner with our Connections Pastor to continue to support and grow our small groups community. The primary purpose of our residency program is to provide a hands on learning opportunity through relational/practical ministry experience. This experience will provide residents with a chance to gain practical ministry training, while working in an atmosphere that is both personal and professional. Under guidance, support, and coaching, residents will learn new leadership skills and personally develop core competencies that will enhance their abilities to become a more well round Christ-following leader. If you have a passion for building and fostering community, enjoy coming alongside leaders to help create attractional environments, and make disciples through small groups then this is right for you! We work with Leadership Pathway and use their residency program; please click the button below to complete and submit their online application. There will be a place to note that you are applying for a position with Restoration Community Church, please be sure to do that.
