Next Gen Pastor

Primary Objective: We are seeking a dynamic, executive level leader who will help create a culture of multiplication, engagement and growth for our Next Gen ministries, while supporting our aggressive strategy and vision to plant 1,000 churches in the next 20 years.

Key Responsibility Areas:

  • Oversee and grow Residency program raising up next generation leaders for Restoration as well as Restoration church plants
  • Recruit and hire for Residency program, implementing into each ministry area along with ministry leader
  • Ability to strategize, bring vision, ideas, leadership and energy to the Directional Team
  • Oversee and implement new growth strategies for Restoration Kidz and Student Ministry
  • encouraging a lifestyle of passionately following Jesus
  • Create and implement a College Ministry from the ground up resulting in adding a worship service for college age students
  • Recruit, train and equip leaders while casting vision for Restoration Kidz and Restoration Student Ministry
  • Plan and implement Orange Weekends and Phase events as well as Restoration Kidz and Restoration Student big days and special events
  • Create an excellent Orange environment for all families
  • Assure strong operational and fiscal management by maintaining department budgets
  • Volunteer recruitment and management including training and appreciation events
  • Manage multiple functional areas with acute attention to detail
  • Maintain clear and regular communication to parents along with website, weekly/monthlyupdates social media for each Next Gen ministry

  • Proven ability to communicate
  • Proven strength and ability to develop, coach and train leaders
  • Experience in growing an Orange Ministry
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with ability to recruit and train staff
  • Strong relational skills with proven success in mobilizing volunteers
  • Action oriented, self-starter, accurate, organized, creative, efficient, with ability to multi-task
  • Demonstrate experience and knowledge in organizational development and management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel), web & database management systems
  • Project management ability
  • Commitment to the mission/vision of the RCC
