LOVING OUR NEIGHBORS

Restoration Community Church formed the Kindness Evangelism Team (KET) in the fall of 2016 as a key initiative of its missional efforts. The KET exists to be the ‘hands and feet’ of Jesus to the community surrounding Restoration and is responsible for brainstorming and implementing fun, creative ways to build relationship with, care for, and tangibly love the church’s neighbors. Through local service and good deeds, the KET strives to create good will in Restoration’s community.

The KET currently partners with and supports Porter Hospital, local refugee families, and two local schools – Grant Beacon Middle School and McKinley Thatcher Elementary School. Please always look for the latest needs on the KET’s Kindness Tree near the Connections table and in Restoration Kidz.

JOIN US! We meet the second Monday of the month from 6:00-7:00 PM at the church and would love to have you! You can also find ways to serve with the team below.
